How long does it take to get my products?
Most products are despatched within 10 working days from artwork approval and sign off. However we offer an express service for those in a real rush!

What is your quickest turnaround time?
The possible quickest turnaround time ranging from 3 working days to 7 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, cheque and telegraphic transfer to our account.

What are your payment terms?
50% deposit upon artwork confirmation and balance to be COD.

Do you deliver to outstation?
Delivery to outstation can be arranged upon request.

Can I order plain products?
All products can be ordered plain without printing.

What is the minimum quantity I can order?
We have no minimum order quantity for items without printing.

Can I purchase sample to show to my clients?
Yes, sample can be purchased at our office or we can post the item for outstation buyer.

What colours can you print on my chosen product?
We can print up to 4 solids color for silkscreen printing and pad printing. We require a pantone colour (PMS) to give an exact colour match.

What is a pantone colour?
It is a universal system which defines the exact colour you want printed based on a breakdown of primary colours. Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer. The designer who originally created your logo or the printers who print your company stationary will probably have the artwork and PMS references.

How do I supply artwork?
You can either email us or post us a CD with your artwork on. We required artwork in eps(Adobe photoshop) or ai format(Adobe illustrator). Please make outline on the artwork to avoid missing fonts due to different version of the software.

Can I see a printed sample with my logo on?
We can provide a pre-production sample on high volume orders. For small quantity orders, buyer confirm by artwork proof only.

How do I know it will be printed correctly?
You will be sent an artwork proof showing printing dimension and logo layout. This proof will require approval before the products are personalised. We use the PMS reference numbers you gave us to ensure it is printed the correct colour.
